I love to eat. I love food. It's essential to survival. This section covers some of my favorite places for food, drinks, coffee and more. Most of my recommendations are off the strip locations because every blog and article focuses primarily on food and drinks locations on the strip.
When I first moved to Las Vegas, I was pretty underwhelmed with the coffee scene. Thankfully, over the years this has improved and new coffee shops continue to impress me. We wanted to document our research, so we created a guide to the best coffee shops in Las Vegas. This guide features reviews and research done in our hunt for the best coffee shop in Las Vegas. One of the best things about becoming a Las Vegas local is that you now have access to the Las Vegas-Clark County Library District. Go get your library card. It is FREE. It's super easy to get to. Walk in with your ID and you'll leave with an endless supply of knowledge and resources. I've spent thousands on books over the years, but I could have gained all this knowledge for free by picking up a library card. Clark County Parks and Recreation provides Las Vegas and Southern Nevada with 16 urban recreation and community centers, including three centers devoted solely to seniors, 14 pool facilities with seven water parks and four indoor, year-round pools, 10 skate parks, seven dog parks and over 100 public parks with everything from picnic amenities to ball fields, playgrounds and water feature
