1st time using a cleaning service and I have to say the outstanding customer service started with the initial phone call, inquiring about services. They make it very easy & are very clear on what to expect! THEN, team #7 showed up. Claudia and Barbara were AMAZING. They were quick, friendly, very detailed, and work great as a duo! 😀🙂 they asked me how I liked the cleaning every time they were done with a floor before they started the next level. These ladies left my house looking and smelling new (considering I have many pets, ha!) Hands down the best cleaning company leading the way for cleaning miracles.

BEWARE! After confirming my appointment 3 times this week, they called me and cancelled my cleaning appointment yesterday minutes before they were supposed to arrive. My house was listed for sale today and have 3 showings scheduled and explained that, yet they refused to send anyone and told me I would have to reschedule for the following week... what??? I asked if someone could come first thing in the morning and they told me no. I politely asked if they could cancel someone else's appointment who didn't have such an urgent need and they refused. This was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and they have put me in a difficult, stressful, and embarrasing situation. I spent hours at my house last night cleaning it myself in order to have it ready for the showings today and I am not happy at all. Will absolutely NEVER use this company again. If you need a company you can count on, do yourself a favor and use someone else.

"I’ve had the privilege of finding the cleaning authority as our new cleaning service for our home. I was having difficulty finding professional, customer-focused cleaning services for awhile now. Always settling for unresponsive texts, having to constantly confirm appointment times, and inconsistent arrival times. I was over it!!!!

I found The cleaning Authority through an advertisement in our mail. I immediately liked their professionalism in the virtual walk through to assess our home to give a price. The price is a bit steep, but worth the quality work and professional communication. They have an app you can download to know when your next cleaning date and time are scheduled. Also, each cleaning service includes a rotation of a deep clean in 1 of 4 areas of the home: living spaces, sleeping quarters, kitchen & dining, and bathrooms (I think I got that right 🤔)

I would definitely recommend The Cleaning Authority! I already do, to my friends and family when asked who we use☺️"

Just wanted to share a word of caution with you about using The Cleaning Authority to clean your home. A team came to my home on Saturday and was specifically instructed to clean for 3 hours. They pushed for 4 upon arrival and I pushed back for 3. This was a normal cleaning (vacuum, dust, mop, clean showers, etc.) and the house was 100% picked up prior to their arrival. No dishes, no laundry, nothing. They charged me for 4 hrs 45 min totaling $400, for a 1700ish sq ft home. This is MORE THAN DOUBLE what I have paid with them in the past for the same exact cleaning in the same exact home. When I called about a partial refund as I did not authorize that length of time (nor did the condition of the home warrant that much), I was told that there’s nothing they could do and they can charge and stay however long they want, even if you specify not to. EVEN IF you don’t authorize it. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Not only that, but they left things totally unorganized (baskets on top of and blocking the cat box, clocks taken down off the wall, rugs overturned and put back in wrong places, bins not put away as they were before). The owner of the company refused a partial refund and said there’s nothing they can do. That their team told them the home was really dirty, justifying the cost and that they believe their employees over the customer. 😳 I told them I’d be leaving this review along with never using their service again and they said “Do what you need to do.” There was 0 effort to make the situation right and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Maid Brigade is excellent!! My wife and I are so happy we got them. They are professional, friendly, trustworthy, and very efficient. They are great for the price too. Previously, I was paying more for a much lower quality cleaning service. I am just shocked at how good this group is. I am happy that I never have to worry about a dirty house again. I can't even remember the last time I touched a vacuum cleaner haha. I am so happy with their services. I highly recommend them!

"This is the second time I used Maid Brigade and it will be the last! The owner is unprofessional and argumentative. They broke the grate on my brand new stove and proceeded to argue and tell me it was already broken. They then said they mopped my bathroom, definitely not. Also there were steaks all over my floor. For 250.00 this was not a service of value!! The owner placed blame on me the customer and I will never refer them again."

We used Rhino's cleaning to clean our new home before we moved in. They were incredibly responsive when scheduling a date/time, and were very communicative throughout the day of the cleaning. The house smelt amazing when we walked in after they cleaned it, and they got all of the grease, dirt and dust out of the house. I would definitely recommend them and plan on using them again!

If I could leave zero starts I would I have been a customer for 4 years, I would like to preface this with the normal people that clean my house w: this company are taking time off and cannot clean atm so they sent new people. Today they were cleaning the island in my kitchen and this happened. I cannot get on the phone with anyone at all that will help me and they keep telling me the manger will call me when he can.. when he can?? My whole island of my kittens is destroyed and the woman on the phone said "I know during a cleaning things can break" yea maybe u drop something and it breaks not my entire cabinets coming off. I literally cooked last night used the island this morning got silverware out of the island everything was fine! I'm not sure of what kind of cleaning could unhinge the whole set of cabinets but this is so unacceptable not one person is calling to help or helping me remedy this. They sent me the text immediately but when I try and call for help it's crickets! Also the woman on the phone hung up on me as I was asking to speak to a manager. I hope this reaches the right people. I am so livid right now. Livid! This is also how they left my house pictures below. They didn't even take the garbage with them! Floors not mopped. It's been over 45 min and not even one call back! And the ladies left my house right after this happened. Never use this service! Another update no one is planning on calling my husband had to call and they said we can email them! The woman on the phone Also LIED and said that we yelled at the cleaning woman and that's y they left! Unfortunately I have ring cameras in my home and it is very clearly on camera that they were cleaning after the incident and didn't leave until they were called and told to leave. The better business bureau will be contacted. Don't recommend using this cleaning service if anything goes wrong you are completely on your own! And they LIED about what took place. I did raise my voice to the woman on the phone but never ever once to the woman in my home.
