Are you planning a trip to Las Vegas and want to fill your Instagram feed with amazing images from all the best places in the city? I have traveled around Las Vegas, spoke to the locals, consulting with influencers, and searched every website on the internet. When it comes to taking selfies in Las Vegas, these are the best places in Las Vegas to take a selfie.
The Fountains of Bellagio should be on everyone's Las Vegas bucket list. I've wrote about the Fountains of Bellagio before, but now I'm doing it again. It's so easy to take a great photo here. Seriously, you can't mess it up. I can't tell you how many times I've watched this water show, yet I still enjoy it every time. It's absolutely beautiful. If you can get a good view of the fountain and you're not standing behind someone to watch the water display, you're doing Las Vegas correctly. If you miss the show, just wait around if you have time. There will be another show. Don't leave Las Vegas without watching it though. You'll regret that decision.
The Neon Museum is filled with photo opportunities around every corner. The best time to visit The Neon Museum is in the evening around sunset. You'll be able to get a ton of great pictures, selfies and photo worthy moments. The Neon Museum is a great place to build the Instagram clout. I've been here a few times, but I'm so ugly I'm scared to share a selfie of myself on here, but you shouldn't be. The Neon Museum is one of the Best Selfie Locations in Las Vegas 📷.
I've reviewed the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Sign a number of times either on the LV Plug blog or on the LV Plug Google Local Guide account. In fact, the Welcome to Las Vegas Sign even received the LV Plug Approved credential. If you're a tourist, this is one of the places you need to visit while you're in Las Vegas. This is where everyone takes the Las Vegas sign picture. There's no bad time to take a picture here unless it's 115 degrees outside, but even then you'll still get a great selfie out of it even if you're dripping in a little sweat. If you're going to visit this sign, wear something nice. If you post a picture on Facebook, you will easily get 10 likes and all the clout you could ever dream of.
The Seven Magic Mountains are an interesting tourist attraction located just outside of the greater Las Vegas Metropolitan area. Tourists and locals travel from Las Vegas to visit the Seven Magic Mountains to take a photo with these painted rocks. I'm not quite sure how I feel about it, but with over 6,000 reviews a lot of others see value in these magic mountains. Who am I to judge them? With that being said, if you're looking for the best places to take a selfie in Las Vegas, you can't skip over the Seven Magic Mountains no matter how weird they are.
The Siegfried & Roy Monument is a hidden gem of a photo opportunity and selfie location in Las Vegas. This monument doesn't have many reviews and I'm not sure a lot of people actually know about this, so if you're just learning about this monument then I have done my job. My guys Siegfried and Roy are icons. Their names will be in the Las Vegas history books forever. If you leave Las Vegas without taking a picture with these two celebrities, you aren't doing Las Vegas correctly.
If you're reading this and you haven't visited the Hoover Dam yet, stop what you're doing....just joking -- finish reading my review first and then get in your car and drive to the Hoover Dam. I was blown away when I saw it for the first time. The Dam is massive. I can't believe this was built in 1935. If you're looking for a place to take an Instagram worthy selfie or Facebook picture to upload to your timeline for the fam, this is the spot. Everyone's taking pictures, so wear something nice because this is the spot! The Hoover Dam gets the LV Plug Approval 🔌👍🏆 This was too easy. Of course I'm giving it a perfect score.
If you're visiting the Hoover Dam, you need to visit and take a picture of the Mike O'Callaghan–Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge. You're already here. You just need to focus your camera on a different subject once you finish taking pictures of the Hoover Dam. This bridge was named after a true American hero. If you don't know the history of Pat Tillman, you should spend some time researching this American hero. This memorial bridge is an iconic piece of American history.
There you go. When you travel to Las Vegas, you now have the power of the clout gods. You have everything you need to take an epic selfie for Instagram or Facebook. Hopefully, you will visit the LV Plug again and/or share this resource with your friends and family. If you want to see all of the locations on a map, I created a list on Google Maps - Best Selfie Locations in Las Vegas 📷
